Program: Build a floating home on it’s original 5′ diameter cedar log floats.

Design: The 2 story entry features a ‘crow’s nest’ with views of downtown Seattle. The interior ship’s ladder leads to a large rooftop deck with panoramic views. This 800 sf home has 2 bedrooms, 2 sleeping lofts, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, & living room. Windows were carefully placed to maintain privacy but maximize natural light & cross ventilation. Located in Lake Union Seattle, WA.
